REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Are Final on all opened and used products.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days or receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all refunded items which are non-defective, unopened, unused; shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Products will be exchanged with no additional shipping cost to the customer, if proven to be defective. Products eligible for return must be returned in 100% brand new condition, containing undamaged boxes, manuals, print registration cards, warranty cards and printed product supplements. The product or any of the printed materials must not be marked on. All products returned must include the original UPC codes. We reserve the right to refuse any product return, which does not abide by the previous conditions..

Returned items must be UNOPENED, showing no signs of wear or a 20% restocking fee will apply, no exceptions. Any products not returned in the exact condition originally shipped from the manufacturer (e.g. weathered packaging, opened packaging, or any product that is not 100% new as it was shipped originally) require a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

No returns are accepted without a prior email RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from ImportDjCDs.com. Returning an item without a written authorization will result in a mandatory 20% fee or the refusal of the return.

The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

The original shipping and handling charges that ImportDjCDs.com paid to ship the item to you are not refundable & we are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an item to us.

No return authorizations are allowed after 30 days from the original order date. If there is any circumstance that calls for a refund of a PayPal payment after 60 days, PayPal will charge you a fee as per their policy.

To request a return authorization, you must reply to your original email invoice with a written request for a return authorization. You must include the reason you are requesting to return the item as well as whether the product has been opened or tampered with in any way. Your request for a return is your agreement to the entire RETURN POLICY and the fees involved.
UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS (UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE):
- Clearance & Discontinued Products
- Open-Box Products
- Defective Items (Defective items are exchanged or replaced by the manufacturer)
- Items Damaged in Shipping (Damaged items are handled by a damage claim with your shipping company)
- Headphones, Earphones, Microphones and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your ear cannot be returned due to health laws.
- Turntable Cartridges & Styli cannot be returned due to the possibility that they could be used.
- Replacement Parts: Knobs, Faders, Power Supplies, and any item that is considered a part by ImportDjCDs.com cannot be returned due to the possibility that they could be used.
- DVD's, Sound Expansion Boards, Sound Cards, Audio Interfaces and Software (which includes hardware bundled with software) cannot be returned once opened due to copyright law
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt by the customer of the item. After the 30 days, we can help you with taking advantage of your applicable warranty if available.
Before returning item customers must fill out RMA FORM and request an RMA# and email back forms to importdjcd@aol.com.

If the RMA number is not included with the return or if the package is not sent to the correct return address, the package will be delayed in processing and you will be liable for the full restocking fee. This is for the customer’s protection. If the process is not followed, it is impossible to get returns processed in a quick and easy manor.
Items will only be accepted if returned back to us in the condition that they were received by you, with all parts and original packaging included. The return must be sent back in a box, please do not just send it back in the manufacturer packaging or with stickers and markings on the package. The customer is responsible to insure that we receive the return back. Please keep all tracking and documentation once you ship your item back so it can be available if necessary.
Returns can take 7-10 business days to process once it has been received back. This time is for inspecting and testing the return so thank you for being patient.
The original shipping and handling is non-refundable in any situation. Shipping costs back to us is the responsibility of the customer NO EXCEPTIONS!!!.
International sales are final and this return policy does not apply. We try to work with all of our customers and we are very reasonable, but international returns with customs and shipping prices are just way to complicated.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge up to a 20 percent restocking fee or have the right to refuse return and return the item to you.
